We had a very easy move. We were moving to a different building in our apartment. Just a 150ft walk.When we contacted Moving Mountains we told them our issues and how we had very little income. We asked if we could pay in payments and they went above and beyond to help us make our move smooth and with as little stress as possible.They offered us a payment plan and we agreed. Something WE could afford. Working with us.When the movers came, I was impressed how nice and accommodating they were. They were careful with our things. And did their best to stay within the 4 hour limit that we had been quoted on. Because we wouldn’t be able to afford any longer than 4 hours. They also took a large cabinet to good with for us and half our boxes to storage.One of the movers picked up my Angel statue and placed it carefully in their personal car. Which I appreciated because that statue has been in my heart since my Aunt gave it to me when I was 10yrs old. And it is the last thing I have to remember her by. Deven, Brendon, and Calvin were our movers and they are absolutely wonderful. 100% recommend and appreciate them! Thank you for making our move as smooth as possible.

2-7-26Each day that goes by I get more upset. I haven’t been able to sleep in my bed now for two weeks because this company broke my bed and drugged their feet getting it to the shop to get it fixed.I wanted to add pictures of the $155 TV box they tried to charge me for that I requested. They brought a used dented box with holes in it and they tried to charge me $155 for it.This company is shady. Be careful.Though there are many details I’m willing to share this company is EXTREMELY expensive, workers are very lackadaisical, and they were very inconsiderate with my items, including breaking my furniture.If you’re going to pay a high price, you need high-quality service and this is not the company.**2/4/26**I will be posting this review on Google

Moving Mountains really did move mountains! We have a LOT of stuff and the crew worked fast and efficiently in freezing cold to get our house packed securely. They even packed up our entire cluttered garage and shed without effort. The team was friendly and professional and even better, they beat the competitors pricing by a long shot. It was a quick move even though they had to take down 3 doors & put them back up to move a large shelving unit. Moving Mountains was a life saver! Ron (for load out) and Tim & Payton (for load out and load in at the new house) were incredibly nice, patient, professional, and did an excellent job. They really cared about being as gentle as possible with our stuff and being as efficient as possible. Not to mention it’s artic cold out and we had a late in the day closing so they were still moving items in way past their normal time to go home I’m sure, in the freezing cold. We will absolutely recommend Moving Mountains to our friends and family!! Thank you all so much :)

Tim and Jayden were extremely polite and respectful. They safely moved the top of a roll-top desk that weighs over 100 lbs. from our finished basement to the upstairs. No scrapes or bumps. They were here less than 10 minutes. If anyone wants a 5-foot oak roll-top desk, see my Facebook Marketplace ad. We'll definitely call Moving Mountains again if the buyer can't move it themselves!I was also impressed with Aden (sp?) who responded to my quote request within 60 seconds of submitting it. He set up the appointment for the next day. That's why we went with Moving Mountains. What GREAT, FRIENDLY, 5-STAR service!

We had an amazing experience with this moving company, even though our move happened on one of the coldest days of the year. The crew worked nonstop, and kept a positive, upbeat attitude the entire time despite the freezing temperatures.They were professional, careful with our belongings, and never once complained about the weather or conditions. Instead, they stayed friendly, hardworking, and focused on getting the job done right. That kind of attitude says a lot about their work ethic and character.Moving is stressful, but they made it so much easier — even in extreme cold. The guys, Tim, Triston and Camdyn, did an excellent job. It was unfortunately one of the coldest days we had in awhile, but they kept moving and worked hard the whole day. Helped me move extra boxes and helped set up my furniture. This was my second time using them and both times were great experiences. Very professional. Getting a quote and then scheduling was also super fast and easy.

Paydon and Brendan moved 30 + boxes for me today to a storage facility in Washington. They showed up on time and handled everything with care. With the windchill to today it is -18. This did not hinder them one bit. They knew they had a job to do and they finished with great urgency. So if you need to move and it's even in the midst of winter, they will go the extra mile to please their customer. I will use them again.

The most underhanded, deceitful, and outright malicious company I have hired to complete any task for me period. Their employees destroyed thousands of dollars in personal belongings including items passed on after being owned by family for decades. Have outright refused to compensate for said damages despite being contractually obligated to do so and I have in writing a direct insinuation that I have fabricated this for the purposes of financial gain. As if trying to be refunded for 3-4 months is truly worth anyone's time. Genuinely would not wish my experience on my worst enemy and I will continue to tell ANYONE who will listen to NEVER use this company's services.

Our moving crew was on time, professional, polite and hard working! We had very large, very heavy pieces of furniture and without any hesitation, they loaded and unloaded everything! They did have a memory making experience when one of my cats decided to get itself stuck in the sofa sleeper. We treated them to some lunch, and also took a few minutes ourselves to take a break. They were very friendly and we learned a little about each of them! THANK YOU!
