We hired Moving Mountains to move a range and fridge from our garage to our walk-out basement. Triston and Cam W. were excellent. The fridge didn’t fit through the sliding door at first, but they were able to make an adjustment to get it through. They were very conscientious about not banging into the new trim or tracking mud onto the floor. We would definitely call this company again if we need moving services in the future.

Moving is on the top of most people's list as their least favorite thing to do. Myself included. From the initial phone call to the final box being taken off the truck, my family and I were treated with respect and courteously. The move was for my 85 year old mother who is coming to live with us. The lady who answers the phone Kenna,( I hope I spelled it correctly) was always polite and helpful. Aidan their estimator was professional and even came to my location to have the contract signed. No move ever goes as planned, and Aidan helped me navigate through my questions and concerns with ease and made sure things went as planned. Finally, the two young men who did the move. Aidan (Different one) and Camdyn were beyond amazing. Showed up on time, listened to what I had to say, and then went to work. These men made the move as simple as possible, and didn't flinch once when I had to pivot on how the truck was to be unloaded. House first or storage first??. I should have listened to my wife!! Guys, seriously I can't thank you enough for how professional and helpful you both were! I highly recommend this company, and I will be using them again when we all move to our forever home in two months. Another move that I will not stress as much over because I already have a mover that will make it easy for me. 5 star reviews are not taken lightly by me, and this company deserves every one!! We had a very easy move. We were moving to a different building in our apartment. Just a 150ft walk.When we contacted Moving Mountains we told them our issues and how we had very little income. We asked if we could pay in payments and they went above and beyond to help us make our move smooth and with as little stress as possible.They offered us a payment plan and we agreed. Something WE could afford. Working with us.When the movers came, I was impressed how nice and accommodating they were. They were careful with our things. And did their best to stay within the 4 hour limit that we had been quoted on. Because we wouldn’t be able to afford any longer than 4 hours. They also took a large cabinet to good with for us and half our boxes to storage.One of the movers picked up my Angel statue and placed it carefully in their personal car. Which I appreciated because that statue has been in my heart since my Aunt gave it to me when I was 10yrs old. And it is the last thing I have to remember her by. Deven, Brendon, and Calvin were our movers and they are absolutely wonderful. 100% recommend and appreciate them! Thank you for making our move as smooth as possible.

I haven’t been able to sleep in my bed now for two weeks because this company broke my bed and drugged their feet getting it to the shop to get it fixed.I wanted to add pictures of the $155 TV box they tried to charge me for that I requested. They brought a used dented box with holes in it and they tried to charge me $155 for it.This company is shady. Be careful.Though there are many details I’m willing to share this company is EXTREMELY expensive, workers are very lackadaisical, and they were very inconsiderate with my items, including breaking my furniture.If you’re going to pay a high price, you need high-quality service and this is not the company.**2/4/26**I will be posting this review on Google

They really cared about being as gentle as possible with our stuff and being as efficient as possible. Not to mention it’s artic cold out and we had a late in the day closing so they were still moving items in way past their normal time to go home I’m sure, in the freezing cold. Tim and Jayden were extremely polite and respectful. They safely moved the top of a roll-top desk that weighs over 100 lbs. from our finished basement to the upstairs. No scrapes or bumps. They were here less than 10 minutes. If anyone wants a 5-foot oak roll-top desk, see my Facebook Marketplace ad. We'll definitely call Moving Mountains again if the buyer can't move it themselves!I was also impressed with Aden (sp?) who responded to my quote request within 60 seconds of submitting it. This did not hinder them one bit. They knew they had a job to do and they finished with great urgency. The most underhanded, deceitful, and outright malicious company I have hired to complete any task for me period. Their employees destroyed thousands of dollars in personal belongings including items passed on after being owned by family for decades. Have outright refused to compensate for said damages despite being contractually obligated to do so and I have in writing a direct insinuation that I have fabricated this for the purposes of financial gain. As if trying to be refunded for 3-4 months is truly worth anyone's time. Genuinely would not wish my experience on my worst enemy and I will continue to tell ANYONE who will listen to NEVER use this company's services.

These young men are great! They were professional, communicative, and on-time! They also were polite and cared about their performance. They moved us 1100+ miles and were thorough and not one thing was lost or damaged! on top of that, one of their trucks broke down on the west east side of Indiana. They had to return back to pick up a replacement truck which meant they had to unload and then reload one of our two trucks. Once they finally arrived at our new home they had to unload both trucks and finish the job. These guys are hard workers and were a pleasure to get to know and work with. We would have no hesitation to use them in the future!

Our initial interactions were very positive, and we felt confident moving forward. Unfortunately, at the very last minute, they backed out of a move that had been scheduled well in advance and said that “operations said it was a job they didn’t want to take on.” This left us without enough time to secure another moving company and placed us in an extremely difficult position due to a strict move-out deadline.The lack of notice was the most troubling part. If “operations” didn’t want to move us, they could have told us ages back. Had we been informed earlier, we could have made alternative arrangements. Instead, we were left scrambling in a situation that could have been avoided with clearer communication. Based on our experience, I would be very cautious about relying on them for any job with an important timeline.
